The first major problem with old school prohormones is conversion to estrogen. Increased estrogen is not a good thing for men and is a problem with many of the commercial testosterone boosters and even with the HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY that is commonly given to older men.  Methyl-Block technology contains two ingredients proven to control estrogen. The first technology is an anti-aromatase agent which blocks the conversion of testosterone and other pro-hormones to estrogen. This is only part of the story though, since that conversion is important but is one aspect of estrogen control.

The second anti-estrogen technology is available via a natural SERM called Ellagic Acid. Ellagic Acid is shown to be a natural SERM (Selective Estrogen Response Modifier) in one study. SERM's block the effects of estrogen at the cellular level, running interference from the strong estrogens in the body. This compliments the anti-aromatase activity by blocking the activity of estrogen in the body at two levels. So, the first major negative issue with old school pro-hormones is reduced with Methyl 1-D...goodbye estrogen!

The second major issue with old school pro-hormones is hair loss associated with DHT conversion. DHT is the hormone that is responsible for prostate and hair loss issues in older men. Our pro-hormone products include a 5aR blocker, which has studies showing it in scientific literature to block conversion from Testosterone to DHT thus keeping more testosterone active and stopping the issues seen with older pro-hormones. DHT is something you want to reduce, not eliminate, since it is part of a standard hormone profile.  

This is a major achievement for increasing the safety of prohormone products and reducing the negative side effects that stop people from using them! So, Methyl 1-D may be better than any other product on the market for increasing size and strength without compromising the hairline!  Losing your hair is certainly something most men wish to avoid, so always monitor your hairline with any hormonal product.

Now, we needed to make the product even MORE effective! There are major pathways that are used to clear extra hormones, which is exactly the opposite of what we want when taking a product meant to boost testosterone past normal levels achieved with other inferior products.

The two major routes of metabolism are Sufation and Glucoronidation. Without becoming too techie, these two enzymes are responsible for clearing Testosterone and it's precursors (pro-hormones) like Methyl 1-D from the body! Blocking these enzymes we may further increase the dramatic effect of our pro-hormones and possibly boost the half life of Methyl 1-D. The metabolism complex includes standardized herbal extracts proven in the literature to block both glucoronidation and sulfation, which may vastly increase the half life of Methyl 1-D's pro-hormone!

The final icing on the cake is to increase (up regulate) a critical enzyme that is crucial for converting the pro-hormones in Methyl 1-D into active hormones. This enzyme is 3bHSD which is what is responsible for turning inactive, but legal pro-hormones into the powerful muscle building agents that occur in the body naturally. As you can see this is a very sophisticated combination of ingredients that are well studied and combined may make our pro-hormone products more effective than ever.

M1D is excellent choice to stack January 13, 2009

I used another PH for a few weeks before introducing M1D. It took a few days for M1D to get in my system, but when it did I could tell, and it made a difference in my lifts, and after the initial loading period, I could "feel" when it was onboard. Great to stack with another PH and I would imagine it would be excellent by itself as well (though I didnt run it that way). Good job LG.

first off all i really want to thank you u guys for putting this great product out there for me.

Methyl 1d really works. It helped me gain those extra pounds of muscle and cut some
weight do to its testosterone booster. All so helped me pick that 120pd. EZ bar when
preacher curling. So I'm really satisfied with methyl 1d.

Best workouts ever August 13, 2008

I would say LG Sciences has helped me in many ways to achieve my fitness goal by not only giving me a supplement that gives mind blowing pumps and build the muscle I want. All I had to do was take Methyl 1-D with Cold Fusion Explosion, and have the best workouts ever. Now I've tried other supplements that help build muscle but nothing has done what LG Sciences has I've been taking this for 3 months now and trust me its a blast using it. I don't know if its the effect on my body or just that is a really good supplement but I'm never going to take anything else to help me get a full pumped workout each time.

Great for stacking August 13, 2008

I have finished my cycle of Methyl 1-D and Methyl Masterdrol V2. I can't say enough how impressed I was with the products, will definitely go back to these products in the future. (I'll prolly stack these again next year.) I have gone from 186 to 201 lbs in 5 weeks. I have not been doing the normal three lifts (bench,dead,squat) because I have been doing the Ed Byrd program. I have been doing barbell press on the incline bench. This week I was able to do 225 for 6 reps on the incline. That is my personal best for that lift. I have been leg pressing 650 for 8 reps which is also a personal best.

No side effects August 13, 2008

I have done 3 cycles of Methyl-1D so far and will do many more in the future
(with at least 1 month pct in between). The gains I got were 15, 12, and
10 lbs- 15 from a 6 week cycle 4 pills per day, 12 from a 4 week cycle
of 6 per day and 10 from another 4 week cycle of 6 per day. I've never
had any side effects so with gains like these you can imagine I'm a big
supporter of Methyl-1D. Oh and my body fat never went up, the 2nd and 3rd
times when stacked with Methyl Masterdrol it actually went down.
