Nitric Oxide The Right Way

As a football fan, I am now looking at that long stretch of time between the Super Bowl and next years training camp where I rearrange my life with additional cardio sessions, and extra trips to the gym to fill that void I now have on Sunday afternoons and Monday evenings. When I began writing this however, it was a Sunday afternoon in the heat of the Divisional Finals. In the human body, it is our bloodstream that acts as the cleanup crew, removing all of that garbage, and bringing in various nutrients to repair any damage done to our muscles. Typically however, our body distributes the “cleanup crew” rather equally throughout our body, so the muscles you just blasted, are getting the same amount of repair efforts as the rest of the muscles in your body which have not seen a workout in two days.

Now, if we could get a greater blood flow to those areas we are working out, this would increase endurance of the muscles being worked out, speed recovery, and supply more vital nutrients exactly when we need them most. Imagine the difference this could make in recovery and growth!
The Shortcomings of oral NO Products

In diabetics a double-blind study was performed on 13 subjects to determine if using transdermal L-arginine would increase blood flow and circulation in extremities. The results were spectacular, with average blood flow increased 33% at the metatarsus (portion of the foot between the instep and the toes), and 35% at the Achilles tendon, and average temperature increased 5 degrees Fahrenheit at the metatarsus and 8 degrees Fahrenheit at the great toe. So what we are seeing is a 33% to 35% increase in circulation at the area the transdermal was applied to! By far one of the best N.O. Products I have ever used. I was very skeptical about a topical N.O. product however. This stuff really works! It takes less than ten minutes for it to start working, and when it does you can clearly see the amazing effects! Catch with this product is, you got to use a few more pumps than the directions on the label. Other than that, its perfect!
