Final Review Of T-911
Thoughts & Comments

Loved this log and workout routine. I got some MASSIVE gains far beyond my usual, and can honestly say that this may have been my most successful month of lifting yet. Check the summary and you will understand why.

Noted Side Effects of T-911
Beside the strength gains which I attribute to T-911, I wouldn't say that I noticed any decreased DOMS or anything of the matter. The yohimbe in the product makes it a GREAT preworkout in itself. It gives you quite a little burst of energy, and oddly didn't keep me up too much when I took it before bed. (contradictory sounding, but nonetheless true).

Beside that, I wouldn't say that I noted much of a change. Perhaps a small change in alpha male / confidence, but I could attribute that to the compositional changes, I am quite the mellow person.

Summary Of Gains

I will keep this short, sweet, and to the point.

Lifts Beginning -> Ending Log
Squats: 230x5 -> 250x5 or 260x3
Bench Press: 210x5 -> 230x4 or 235x3
Deadlift: 305x5 -> 330x5 or 335x3

In the end, I'd say you could safely say if I rested up (I'm always sore starting Mondays) I could have pulled off all my 3rep maxes as 5rep maxes.

Therefore Squats: +30lbs
Bench Press: +25lbs
Deadlift: +30lbs
Weight Change: 172 - 12.7%bf to 177 - 13.62%bf

Not a perfect gain of muscle obviously, but I felt the need to eat that much to help with recovery. Bill Starr's 5x5 KILLS. By the end of the log, I was always sore for Monday's lifts, thus the repeated failures on the 5 rep sets.

Nonetheless I'm quite happy with this, as I have CONSIDERABLE trouble gaining weight, and not much problems with shedding bodyfat. I also feel like I have gained considerably more muscle.
Finally the most awaited part... Progress Pictures

All of the pictures in jeans are "before" pictures, and all of the pictures in shorts are "after" pictures.
You can't see a huge difference due to the distance / lack of zoom to my computer's built in camera
But if you take my word that I gained 5lbs in under a month, had the following lift increases

Squat - 30
Bench - 25
Deadlift - 30

and appear roughly the same %bf, I would say that I am extremely satisfied with the results of this log, and would like to thank LG Sciences for giving me the opportunity to log this product, along with all of the members of the forum who followed along with this. Thanks everyone. I hope this log helps someone eventually

Ending Stats:
Height - 5'10.3
Weight ~ 177lbs (estimated actual weight)
%BF ~13.6%
3rep Maxes - (830 total)
ATG Squat - 260
Bench - 235
Deadlift - 335
